How are you supposed to claim your free months when the App doesnt give you the choice. Do you do it on purpose in the hope that people get fed up trying and so dont claim?

Ive just bought a new printer and nowhere does it allow me to claim the 6 months of instant Ink.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

its ok I sorted it using my PC. The Android App didnt ask for the Pin whereas the PC did. It was ok from there.
