- 64 tri-color cartridge level showing low for new cartridge

I have bought Hp 64 tricolor and black combo ink cartridge from Best Buy for my Hp 6258 printer. After installing printer is reporting cartridge level as full for black and low for color cartridge. I tried reinstalling and taking print, still see the same issue. I have warranty on the cartridge. Is this a known issue or cartridge has to be replaced.

Hi,
Please find the product number below:
K7G18-64001
I see the low ink message for color cartridge on printer panel and on computer it is showing "?" (Question mark) for color (cmy). Hp smart app in my mobile shows empty bars for both black and color.
All color print outs are coming out with Pink only.
