Product: HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer

I bought a HP Deskjet 2734e printer and on the box and flyer inside,  it stated I would get a 9 month free trial if I redeemed it within 7 days of setting my printer up.  I enrolled right after, but was only given 2 months instead of the promised 9 months as well.  I would like some help please!! Thank you.

HP Recommended

Contacted HP Chat Support and they were able to help me add my missing months in.  They did ask for a picture of the box or flier and then added the missing months to my account which I checked. It was updated right away. 

 

I went to the chat with virtual assistant, then wrote speak with person.
