Envy Photo 7800

I purchased a new printer, Envy 7800 photo.  It says I have a $20 credit for free ink but when I went to sign up for it, it says I need a claim code.  I followed the steps and a claim code does not print.  Next it says to go to "web services" and un-install and re-install.  I cannot find web services in any of the settings.  I would really like to get my free $20 of ink but I am wasting ink trying to get this claim code to print!

Hi @Ksing36

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

If the printer is already connected to wifi follow the steps -

Let's disable webservices and re-enable it-

--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
---> click on webservices and remove webservices and re-enable it

the printer will automatically print the page.

if the printer is not connected, follow the steps in the document to connect the printer and then try the above steps.

Refer -Connect to a Wireless HP Printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

When I click on Web Services, it keeps giving me this message "Your connection is not private".  I am unable to go any farther.

Never mind!  I was able to get it!  Thank you so much!
