HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have incurred the wrath of the additional pages gods!

My account appeared to show 300 rollover pages in hand, unused, and took 18 additional pages into the additional charge zone for £2.  Instead of eating into my rollover pages.

Next day, it now shows 21 of 21 rollover pages fully used, with a further 18 pages in the additional pages zone.

That's the first question:  how?

Then, looking at upgrading, at least for 1 month, but maybe more.  Will I be charged the £2 additional pages fee AND the jump from £3.49 to £9.99?  Or, would the additional pages be converted to pages within my new plan and the £2 removed?

Thanks
