I was having trouble with printer showing offline to all my devices so as advised by virtual agent reset . The printer is now showing online but now not connecting to instant ink. I’ve followed all instructions from an HP agent via messenger but now they’ve disappeared for past 2 days and no longer helping. How do I resolve this? My printer is less than 12 months old and was working fine

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
