After lots of previous instant ink billing issues and health problems due to COVID,  i did not to install the last ink delivery i got which was approx 4 months ago. on the 17/1/21 i received an email from HP reminding me to install them. So i did. i updated my billing and then was billed £3.49 which was fine... but the day after, 18/1/21, i was billed again the same £3.49... prior to installing the new ink on the 17/1/21, my account was up to date and after checking my printing history, there were no pages printed since i last used the service which was all up to date... Can anyone please advise on why this has been billed twice. many thanks
