Hello @Atv84, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP printer.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

Thank you for sharing the details regarding your billing concern. I completely understand how receiving a charge after cancellation can feel confusing, and I’m here to clarify this for you.

Upon reviewing your subscription timeline:

  • Your billing cycle was active from May 4, 2026, to June 4, 2026.
  • The cancellation request was placed on May 5, 2026, which was after the new billing cycle had already started on May 4.

As per the HP Instant Ink subscription terms, when a cancellation is made after a billing cycle has begun, the service remains active until the end of that billing period. In this case, your subscription continued until June 4, 2026.

  • The charge processed on June 9, 2026, reflects the usage from the May 4 – June 4 billing cycle.

No further billing will occur beyond this cycle, and your subscription is now fully cancelled.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
