Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has stopped printing black ink.  It started printing with missing lines and as the black ink was getting low (albeit 1/4 still left), I replaced it with the newest Instant Ink delivery.  Now it won't print black at all!

 

I have run all the cleaning/alinement diagnostics but nothing has changed.  The page remains black with the exception of the yellow, pink, blue blocks of colour in the relevant places.

 

How can I fix this please?

Hi there

No need.  Managed to fix the problem with the help of Google, YouTube, some nail varnish remover and a Q-Tip.
