macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My Instant Ink black cartridge shows it has enough ink, but even after doing the full 3-step cleaning process, it's still printing a light grey. This light colour is even present on the diagnostic printouts from the printer itself. What can I do? 🙂

I understand the print quality with black is not satisfactory. 

 

Try making a standalone copy in black from the flatbed glass and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
