I am having the same issue. I have an OfficeJet Pro 6968. I replaced the black ink cartridge when it was empty and now the black ink does not print. I have tried all the suggestions on the support page. The response I received from a support agent was told to ask for a test ink cartridge to see if I have a faulty one. Not sure if that is possible. I do not have an ink subscription. Thank you.
