- Black ink will not print

My black ink says it is full but will not print. I have tried cycling the power, cleaning the ink cartridge, and aligning the printer. At this point I believe the cartridge is faulty but can’t find a way to get a new one fro the instant ink program. Any ideas?

I have placed the order and expedited the shipment for replacement ink. It should reach you within 3 to 4 business days.
