Hello, I am having the same problem with the black ink. I have tried all the steps to make sure it is working properly. At this point, I would like to return the still full black cartridge for another. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, i have the same problem as this, with the blank ink cartridge not printing very clearly, and then after trying to clean the cartridge it now doesn't print at all, only colour. I also believe it may be a faulty cartridge and cant find anywhere to order a replacement. I have an instant ink subscription. Could i get some help please.

Unfortunately due to infrequent use, I seem unable to print black text!
This is the second occasion when this has occurred. On the first occasion it was fixed by substituting a new cartridge which thanks to the Instant Ink Program I had on hand. This was despite the ink level of the original cartridge indicating at a high level.
The same is true now. The ink level indicated is even higher than the first cartridge. As in effect the ink has not run out according to the printer on either cartridge, I will not receive a new black cartridge!
I have performed all the recommended maintenance tasks repeatedly, to no avail.
It means that in order to print I will now have to purchase a new black cartridge and undoubtedly will suffer the same outcome in the future.
Not sure how this can be resolved.

What is the issue that you're facing?
