Judging by the amount of people posting about this it appears HP has an issue with one of their firmware updates and new cartridges. I am getting an error message on a brand new genuine HP ink cartridge "Cartridge Problem". What is the resolve?

  • To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
  • Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
  • Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
