Can't access HP Instant Ink

I can't access my HP Instant Ink account to cancel my enrollment because apparently it thinks I am not enrolled!!!!!!

I can't access my printer at HP Instant Ink and all the information I need because my warranty has expired in January 2018!

But I keep getting billed and HP Instant Ink keeps deducting money from my account!!!!!! Since February 2018 up til now, I am paying up.

Help me, please!!!!!
