I can't access my HP Instant Ink account to cancel my enrollment because apparently it thinks I am not enrolled!!!!!!
I can't access my printer at HP Instant Ink and all the information I need because my warranty has expired in January 2018!
But I keep getting billed and HP Instant Ink keeps deducting money from my account!!!!!! Since February 2018 up til now, I am paying up.
Help me, please!!!!!

@janiwota Here's all you need to know about cancelling the HP Instant Ink program: click here for details and if that doesn't work, try the below steps to ensure you are connected to the Instant Ink program, by following the below steps and I'll help you with the cancellation, if that's what you need:
I recommend you click here to turn off the web service when done successfully, go ahead and click here to turn on the web services, and check if it works,

- Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.
- It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
- Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!
Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
