So, as the title says, I've just realized that I can't use my Instant Ink cartridges after my subscription to Instant Ink ended.I'm trying to subscribe again to Instant Ink to use the cartridge I already have, but I can't; I don't know what to do, I've posted a screnshot of the message I receive.How can I fix that?I also wanted to know, if I don't subscribe again to Instant Ink, if I buy hp cartridges will they work?
My printer is a HP Envy 6020e
