I have tried to update my payment method but the system will not let me

I understand you're having trouble updating your payment method for your HP DeskJet 2652 printer. Here are a few steps to try:

 

Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, browser issues can prevent you from updating payment information. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or use a different browser.

HP Smart App: If you’re using the HP Smart app, ensure it’s updated to the latest version. Open the app, go to your account settings, and attempt to update your payment method from there.

HP Account Website:

  • Go to the  HP Instant Ink - Manage your account
  • Log in with your credentials.
  • Navigate to the "Account" or "Billing" section.
  • Try updating your payment method directly from your account settings.

Check for Errors: Ensure there are no errors or warnings on the payment page that might indicate what’s going wrong. Sometimes, payment methods might be rejected due to incorrect details or issues with the payment provider.
