Cancel HP instant ink

[CAW1966]

I am trying to cancel my HP instant ink subscription. I got on the site this AM, and while I was being continually redirected to alternate pages, my account was charged a montly fee again (one week early). I tried the app, which redirected me back to the website. I tried emailing HP to dispute the charge and received an error message that the mailbox was full and would not accept my message.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. How can I get this subscription canceled and a refund?
