My printer is an HP ENVY 5055, but when I look at the WiFi name it says HP ENVY 5000. Anyhow, it won't let me print or scan anything. I had bought the printer with my financial aid through my school, and had not signed up for instant ink. Ergo, there is no account I can log in to that has a receipt of my order. How do I fix this? Did I waste money? Can I swap this printer for another one?
