support told me I should have chosen HP+ but it was in the instructions or an option

I understand you are looking for a claim code to enroll your HP printer in Instant Ink. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Do you have an HP-connected account?
  • Did you print an information page?
  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID
