I have the same problem and I'm using Edge. Tried Chrome. Same thing. I can no longer check my dashboard to see how many pages I have left on the month or how many I purchased, etc. Where is my HP Instant Ink Dashboard page?

I fixed this problem by doing the below:
Delete specific cookies
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings .
- Click Privacy and security. Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all site data and permissions.
- At the top right, search for the website's name, mine was: https://www.hpsmart.com/
- To the right of the hp site, click Remove .
- To confirm, click Clear.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
