recycling envelope was missing; ordering it through the link provided sends me in circles (Chrome) and when I finally can create an order form in Firefox, I get the message that the order cannot be completed at this time, try again later. Pop and ad blockers are disabled; cache is clear. I just want 2 envelopes

Ah - OK.
Not sure why the order process is not working.
Perhaps try Edge browser.
If the option is available to you, consider dropping the cartridges at a participating office supply store in your town / city.
I will send a note to the Moderators -
Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses another method to contact you.
