hi Guys

I researched on the forum but cannot find the solution yet for the below error message. Please help in fixing the issue. “Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information” I tried updating the Credit card details, Address, resetting the Printer multiple times, network settings but it does not help.

Also, I have the Ink status of more than 50%, and also the subscription is active and Credit card details are valid and not expired. I was having the warning status from few weeks but today it suddenly stopped working after 2 pages.

Please help with this as I did not see a solution yet in any forum.

Thanks

Amit

hi Guys

I found the solution after working with the HP live agent.

You need to completely reset the Printer to factory setting, and update the firmware as its a firmware issue, it took me an hour to completely fix the issue.

Please reset, remove from online account and update the firmware - it will start working.

Thanks'Amit
