Is anyone else receiving horrible service when it comes to receiving ink?  I never receive the right model type nor do I receive my supplies in a timely manner.

The amount of pages printed does not represent the amount of ink I use. I can print 100 pages and be out of ink, whereas HP thinks I should be able to print 500??? Wth. Out is out, then it takes 10-14 days to receive.

I wish there was a better solution than this plan, but it seems my printer won't accept any other ink.
