When trying to remove a printer I do not have anymore from HP Smart, I get this error "Your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One series is enrolled in HP Instant Ink and can't be removed until your subscription is cancelled. Are you sure you want to proceed?" However, this is not true. I canceled the instant ink plan last month and i confirmed it says Canceled in the HP Instant Ink section. Please help.

To remove your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One printer from the HP Smart app, follow these steps:
Open the HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
Access Printer Settings: Go to the home screen of the HP Smart app where your printer is displayed.
Select Printer: Tap on the printer you want to remove to open its settings.
Remove Printer:
- For Windows or macOS: Click on the "Printer Settings" or "Settings" and then select "Remove Printer" or "Forget Printer".
- For Android or iOS: Tap on the three dots (usually present in the top-right corner or under printer settings), and then select "Forget Printer" or "Remove Printer".
Confirm Removal: Confirm the action to remove the printer from your HP Smart app.
After these steps, your printer will no longer appear in the HP Smart app, and you will need to add it again if you want to use it later.
