Hi all, I've seen a few people report this same issue and mention that there may have been a fault batch of cartridges. I've had this same error message now across all of my colour cartridges over the past month. It's driving me insane. I hardly printed on it until the "home schooling" started and had to up my subscription (and sometimes tip over the monthly threashold) so the printer has hardly been used really during the 3+ years I've had it.
I've tried the usual recommendations; power off at socket, check firmware (it automatically updates), checked drivers on all three laptops (all are doing it). If I manually clear the print queue, power off printer issue net stop spooler/net start spooler and power printer back on it will sometimes print a few pages before coming back up.
Home schooling is hard enough without having to constantly fight with the printer. Any recommendations or if any can point to the best way of contacting HP for assistance would be greatly appreciated. This is the 2nd OfficeJet I've had in around 6 years and I'm loath to buy a new one again.
Thanks
