Hi

I'm having an issue with my printer.  I'm getting an error message telling me that my cartridges are "not connected" to HP Instant Ink and that I should either remove or clean them.  I've cleaned them, but don't want to remove them, as I have no ink - I haven't been sent any replacement ink because of this issue since May, but I didn't realise that until I got the error message yesterday - the printer has been working fine, and I've had no error messages until today.

Ideas?
