Hi, I have a cartridge error stating that cartridge is not installed correctly. I need to re-install or (if that doesnt work) then replace the cartridge.
I have removed and re-installed, I have changed the colour cartridge. I have also cleaned both cartridges as instructed on the trouble-shooting; and unplugged printer and then plugged back in...no joy.
On my acct it says I will not receive new cartridges until problem solved. Can you help please ? My printer is "HP Envy Photo 6234".

Same here with the HP Officejet 5740 all-in-one-printer (home use)
Just recieved the Starterkit InstantInk. The black cartridge checkes out okay but says the color is installed incorrectly. No matter what i do, it doesn't help. Finding help on this subject is really poor!
Please help!

As I was not able to solve this issue and because I need a working printer at home in this pandemic, I tossed the old printer and bought a new one. A quicker response and/or better fixes should be more readily available.
