I have a printing plan including instant ink supply for my HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer
I have an ongoing error on the colour cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has provided a long term solution. I will print one document, after going through the procedure, but then the error message returns.
This has left with one other solution, replace the colour cartridge, I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge!
How do I resolve this 'Catch 22' situation

Hi Asmita,
I have finally received 2 new cartridges today but they are black not colour! The issue I have is with the colour cartridge. Would you be able to arrange the delivery of a new colour cartridge ASAP please? I have not been able to print anything in colour for more than a month, although I kept paying the monthly subscription fee.

I have also got the same problem with my black cartridge, I have tried several attempts to contact Instant Ink but to no avail.
Please can someone from HP contact me for further details of my account.

- Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.
- It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
- Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!
Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly
