“Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink” message

HELP! - I am registered with HP Instant ink, my HP ENVY PHOTO 6234 refuses to print  stating "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled with HP Instatnt Ink". Removing the cartridges, unplugging the printer for 30 secs then re-installing - does not work.

What's the process?

@zjonesg  I'm sorry you are having this issue.  Can you please contact the support center in your country for help?
