I have an error message saying my Instant Ink Tri-colour cartridge is not communicating with the printer. I've tried all solutions suggested by HP online but without success. I need to try installing a new Tri-colour cartridge but my next shipment won't be dispatched until I have resolved this problem. How can I resolve the problem???
