Loaded new colour ink cartridge when needed replacing on instant ink contract. Error message received not fitted correctly. This is larger cartridge than I normally receive and same as black one both fitted correctly. Luckily had another smaller cartridge so fitted that one. All working ok.
I just want to return the faulty one and be sent a new one but I cannot find how I do this. Shall I send fault one back in the plastic bag that I use for empty use cartridges and then request a new one online so I do not run out ?
