I seem unable to fix my cartridge problem too.

Getting an error, trying to buy new inkt, but I can't seem to get any further..

i tried to send you a PM several time but got no feedback if it was sent.  I got a message once that I sent to many messages but this was first try ever    The preview doesnt work  So i dont know WTH is going on
