I have the same issue on my HP ENVY 5540. It prompted for a new Tri Colour No. 62 cartridge and I fitted the HP supplied one, that I have received under Instant Ink plan.
I installed it correctly and it printed the alignment document but now continually displays Ink Cartridge Problem. I have removed and reinstalled. I have followed all the advice received via the Virtual Help but I still have the fault and therefore cannot print.
How can this be resolved? Will HP replace what is obviously a faulty cartridge?

I finally found the HP ink that I needed. Installed ALL new cartridges and still have a cartridge error. Why can't I speak to someone? Was this a waste of $75.00 because no one at HP seems to care! All I do is go round and round with the automated CS.
