I’ve been getting a constant cartridge jam error. I have verified there no jams numerous times, and am unable to download HP Dr. due to having Mac. Please help! Thanks!

@Holliwill, Welcome to HP Support Community!

What is the exact error message? Is it on the printer or the computer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

The error is on the printer. Stating “The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK.”
