My cartridges that worked until now are no longer recognized by the printer. I have not changed or touched them, in the process of printing it no longer recognized them

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi @Minute-la-fourm,

 

Have you performed the steps I recommended? What happened after? Could you help me with the results?

 

If those steps do not help, then either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked. 

 

You will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
