HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

Hello there, i have installed brand new cartridge i have goten from instant ink. Black cartridge works but on color im getting  message "Cartridges not communicating with the printer". I have tried EVERY solution possible but NOTHING helped. When i insert back old color cartridge it works. I have tried contacting HP Support but they keep kicking me to Community page instead of helping me. It is geting little frustrated 😞

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
