I have a subscription for Insta ink and paper.  How do I change the auto-pay date.  I get paid in the 1st of each month you are billing me on the 29th & 30th, this is causing me overdraft fees this  month my bank charged me $35.00.  I would like the payment to be withdrawn from bank on the 1st, how do I change This?

Thank you

@Linda_21, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Unfortunately, the billing date cannot be changed once set. However, you can choose a different billing cycle by canceling your current Instant Ink subscription and resubscribing.

Please note that doing this will reset your account, and any rollover pages will be lost. Additionally, you’ll need to settle any outstanding dues before making the change.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
