Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I have quit/lost  access to my email account which is my username.  SO DO NOT RESPOND TO [edited]PLEASE!!  I would like to continue using my printer.  I have opened a new account with HP for [edited] but it will not let me transfer my phone #.  I first need to remove [edited]account from your database.  How do I do this??  I can the continue reregistering process.  I have to do this with HP Instant Ink also.  Thank You
