Hello,

 

For work reasons, I'm living in Belgium for six months. I have purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format through the Belgium website of HP, and when setting my printer and asked to give the location of where the printer is used, I added Belgium. I thought that, since my stay in Belgium is limited, I could change this option later.

 

But now I can't seem to find a way to edit the location. I will take this printer with me to Germany, where I am based. And I am worried that Instant Ink delivery will only be available in Belgium and not if I change location. Would that be the case? 

 

And secondly, all the email communication is in French or Dutch, and I can't find the option to change it to English either. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

I see that you are looking for help with moving your instant ink account to another country.

Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country/region of your HP account.

 

  • To change the country/region for a printer in Instant Ink, add the printer to a different HP account that is in the desired country/region.
  • Cancel the original Instant Ink account to prevent continued billing. Enrolling the printer in a new account does not automatically delete the old account.
  • HP Instant Ink Platinum: The service is only available within the continental United States. If you move out of the service area, your subscription is cancelled and you may be charged an early cancellation fee.

Refer to this link to re-enroll in instant ink for the new country once again using a new email ID.
