Charged for Instant Ink - no longer have printer that was returned to Argos

Example: Pavilion 65XXOffice Jet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have returned a 3830 to store under warranty having printed less than 15 pages, therefore no charges applicable.

I cancelled the Instant Ink subscription immediately.

The subscrition was then reinstated without my consent.

I do have another HP (Envy 5000) printer on the account that replaced the 3830.

The 3830 printer has remained in my account & marked 'online'.

Somedays later, I was notified my account & credit card had been charged £15.00

Obviously, another party has the printer and is using it with the ink left in it.

I have emailed HP CEO George Brasher with the refund receipt for the return of the printer - no response?

 

I need to recover the £15.00 charge immediately and get the printer removed from my account asap.

 

Please assist HP

@comrog I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for your response.

I understand the matter has been resolved (looking at my account).

I did have an email/telephone call from Marius, HPCustomer Support.

I also received  private message from AlexSoMe, HP Escalations, US
