Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a new HP ENVY 6055e. I havn't used it very much (30 text pages and 2 color pictures) . But it looks like it's out of color ink, sort of. See the picture attached. Also the ink status bar graph shows low ink left black and color. The status says no need to replace ink cartriges at this time.
I haven't replaced the ink cartriges yet...

I put in the new catridges and everything works fine.
The cartridges that came with the new printer were not working well.
Gee, I figured out what to do.
