Hi,
I've been having problems with 2 colour cartridges:
- First one is almost brand new, but isn't printing any cyan pigment - I've tried running the cleaning tool twice and had no improvements.
- I also had a second cartridge (for some reason we had an extra one delivered) which I tried installing and the printer then comes up with the message: "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed" which I have tried, to no avail.
I've done a printer reset twice, cleaned the contacts on the cartridges and in the printer, checked the firmware is up to date (which it is) and run "HP Print and Scan Doctor" none of which have helped.
Is it possible that I've just happened to receive 2 faulty cartridges, or might there be an issue with the printer?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
