I have spent 3 weeks running through all the tips and steps my new Instant In just wont print. The message it that "it is not communicating and if problem persists please replace the cartridge". Not able to find a way to get a replacement as my account will not let me as it has the error message. I don't think this can be fixed desperately need colour printing for family use

I understand the color ink cartridge is not working. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
