Hi I am new to HP printers. I opted for the instant ink option. I received the welcome pack and received in good time, (Dispite the pandemic).
Yesterday my printer warned me colour ink was low and need replacing soon. Colour was really off skin opted to change the colour cartridge.
Changed the cartridge as per instruction video and all I get is "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge. Making sure it is correctly installed." I have literally done this 50 times.
I have searched the internet, I have the latest firmware, I have switched off and back on again, printer reset.
The printer is about 1 month old, purchased to work from home.
Please help, before it goes out the window!!!
