Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

What an absolute waste of time, patience and well-being.  Instant ink is not the efficient service it is advertised to be.  5 days of multiple agents so-called solution focused support via phone, Messenger, email and WhatsApp.  5 days of "please do this instruction", "please try this", "please provide a screen shot or a photo of this" blah blah. At the end of this period what next?  Nothing, the same service issues remain, the crucial documents I need to print remain unprinted, I'll need to go to a printing service and pay for this, more expense and more time wastage.  Even making a complaint was not provided efficiently, so the Internet provides this as the only option to do so, after WhatsApp agent required more from me to raise a complaint. Really? 5 days of constant messaging and actions with no solution to the problem isn't enough to complain about?

It happens. But if you describe your issue here, you might get some self-guidance steps on how to resolve your issue.

"It happens", really is that an acceptable response to what I've experienced? 5 days of hours of messaging and doing, just happens and it is an effective modern tech reality we just have to accept? Being without printing facilities due to bad certification and lack of communication between a printer and the device meant to be controlling, is this typically what instant ink customers can expect?

Do you have a bad/expired certification?

Even when I come here and want to be heard, the only place it seems one can complain, all I receive is yet more inefficient questions and feeling like I'm not heard. I wish to make a complaint not receive further "ideas" to fix the issue which hasn't been fixed by multiple agents in 5 full days.
