My printer is leaving blank spaces across the page. I have done all the troubleshooting including hand-cleaning the cartridges, aligning them, etc. Nothing helps.
When I print a quality diagnostic it tells me ink levels are OK, but the black rectangle still has blank lines through it. Interestingly, the HP Smart app says the black ink is low.
Anyway I believe it is a defective cartridge and I'd like a replacement.
