My printer is leaving blank spaces across the page. I have done all the troubleshooting including hand-cleaning the cartridges, aligning them, etc. Nothing helps.
When I print a quality diagnostic it tells me ink levels are OK, but the black rectangle still has blank lines through it. Interestingly, the HP app says the black ink is low.
Anyway I believe it is a defective cartridge and I'd like a replacement.
