Has anyone else begun to have defective cartridges? I subscribe to InstantInk and suddenly have received cartridges that begin spewing ink when you pull the tab on top. This has happened twice in the past month. I received the shipment of ink and was going to install in printer. I pulled the tab and ink was everywhere streaming out the top and the bottom. I called Support and new ones were shipped. Received on 5/20/22 and the identical thing happened. Need to know if this a problem with others receiving defective and malfunctioning ink cartridges.

What printer model? What are the cartridge numbers? Are you located at a high altitude (like Leadville Colorado)? Are the cartridges at room temperature (not left in a package in the sun?
I would suggest contacting HP (again) for replacements. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
It would probably be best to speak with an agent and mention that you have had multiple cases of failed cartridges.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
