Delete account

My printer is not working. I’ve only had it 10 months. I have tried every suggestion to get it to work. I had asked that this account be deleted and it will be withdrawn from the instant Inc., but I found out my bank account was charged today. Please cancel this account and cancel the instant Inc. I can find nowhere on your website, which is very difficult to navigate, to delete an account.

Note: The cancellation finalizes at the end of the current billing cycle when the final charge processes successfully.
