Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP Deskjet not printing any text in black. Authentic HP ink cartridges (67). Printer also does not clean the printheads when the step-by-step instructions from the HP Smart App are followed (Printer Settings > Tools > Print Quality Tools > Clean Printheads). Print Diagnostics page in fact does not even print. Maybe I got a lemon. Printer is under warranty. Frustrating.
